I. General Information and Meeting Time
The announcement date of the 2025 Annual Report of ADAMA Ltd. (hereinafter
referred to as “the Company”) is March 28th, 2026, on the website of Shenzhen Stock
Exchange (www.szse.cn) and designated media channels.
To enable investors better understand the Company’s business updates for the 4th
quarter and the full year of 2025, the Company plans to organize Q4 and Full Year
II. Meeting Language
The online roadshow will be conducted in English with simultaneous translation
into Chinese. Investors could select Chinese or English channels according to their
needs.
