Officially launched on May 15, the new L9 is offered in two variants priced between 459,800 and 509,800 RMB. The range-topping Livis trim comes with 800V active suspension and a full steer-by-wire chassis, while the entire lineup is equipped with a 72.7kWh battery pack, delivering a CLTC pure electric range of 420km and a combined range of 1,650km. The vehicle also features Li Auto’s self-developed 5nm Mach 100 chip and four zero-gravity seats, along with a host of other intelligent and comfort-focused amenities.

New Vehicle Highlights

Exterior: The all-new Li Auto L9 focuses on refined details to enhance its premium feel. The front-star ring light features a sleeker design with three-color illumination, paired with ADB matrix headlights and UWB sensors replacing ultrasonic radar, enabling diverse light-based interactions. Dimensions: length/width/height of 5,255/2,000/1,810mm, wheelbase of 3,125mm, plus soft-close doors with capacitive anti-pinch.

Side profile: A short front overhang, long rear overhang, high water-cut line, and 22-inch wheels achieve an ideal proportion and stance. The front overhang is shortened by 30mm, while the rear overhang is extended by 40mm. Rear: The taillight brow blends with the feature line, turning downward with a flatter lamp cover to raise the visual center of gravity. The two-tone body of the L9 Livis uses a triple-layer painting process, and the gold waistline is hand-polished for a seamless transition, showcasing craftsmanship.

Interior: The new 29-inch ultra-wide panoramic screen (92.4% screen-to-body ratio) replaces the previous dual-screen setup, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8797 Elite with 320 TOPS NPU, 90Hz refresh rate, and 6K resolution at 1,000 nits. Three two-tone interior options are available: green-white, brown-coffee, and gray-purple.

Seats feature diamond quilting, with wood trim on the doors. Headrests bear Livis embroidery, and the front headrest speaker openings are relocated to the sides to reduce sound obstruction. The vehicle includes a flawless starlight ring theater audio system with 9.3.6 surround sound and 5,440W peak power. Second-row doors have electronic release buttons, and physical door handles integrate seamlessly with speaker grilles. An electric sunshade and multi-level dimmable glass are also provided.

The rear ceiling-mounted screen now has forward-backward adjustment for better space and viewing distance. A large vanity mirror and electric door controls are on the second-row ceiling. Second-row seats feature electric armrests with pop-up cup holders and function buttons. The cabin offers 29 “warm leather” trims, including heated leg rests, armrests, and headrests. Additionally, an expandable electric rail in the second row supports various accessories.

Driver Assistance: The high-end trim includes four LiDAR units and two self-developed 5nm Mach 100 chips, with total computing power of 2,560 TOPS. Supports full-scenario NOA (navigation on autopilot) on highways, urban ring roads, and city streets, plus memory parking, remote parking, and straight-line summoning, handling over 300 complex parking scenarios. Dual active noise-cancellation quiet cabins, over 150 acoustic material treatments, and active noise cancellation for road noise and range extender noise are also featured.

Chassis: The high-end trim comes with 800V active suspension, allowing each wheel to lift independently, reducing brake dive and cornering lean for improved stability and comfort. The fully steer-by-wire chassis includes steer-by-wire, four-wheel steering, and fully electronic mechanical brakes (EMB). In extreme cases, even if three wheels lose braking, a single wheel can still stop the vehicle effectively, with a turning radius of 5.3 meters thanks to rear-wheel steering.

Powertrain: The third-generation self-developed 1.5T range extender plus dual-motor intelligent AWD system delivers 420kW total power and 710N·m torque, achieving 0-100km/h in 4.9 seconds. WLTC fuel consumption (battery depleted) is 6.3L/100km. The 72.7kWh battery offers a CLTC pure electric range of 420km and combined range of 1,650km, supporting 5C ultra-fast charging with peak power of 420kW, charging from 10% to 80% in 10 minutes.
