We must enhance cooperation between Hong Kong and Guangdong cities to achieve high-quality development, said Leung Chun-ying, Vice Chairman of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), on December 3 at the 2024 Understanding China Conference in Guangzhou.
